  • In 2012 we had solar panels fitted to our old office premises, at Nimrod House, to help reduce our carbon foot print

  • We have run our business on computers since 1982, and have always embraced the latest advances that technology has to offer

  • Despite the high numbers of clients we have to deal with, in our Affinity Schemes, Affinity Group businesses, each member is given individual service
     
  • We allocate or recruit more staff to meet the administration needs as we grow
     
  • We offer value-added services to our clients - there are usually extra features in Insurances we offer and do not charge hidden extras for mid term changes or credit card transactions
     
  • We support our Corporate clients by sponsorship or participation in exhibitions, seminars whenever possible
     
  • We offer Organisations consultancy and extra administration facilities, to relieve their own office, if requested
     
  • We maintain Confidentiality and Data Protection
     
  • We are constantly improving our systems and procedures

  • Employees may progress through the Company by internal promotion, many have been with us a long time. We care about the well being of our employees
